RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Your orders are guaranteed by Bathrobeshop. All UNUSED,UNWASHED and LINT FREE merchandise can be returned in 30 days following the shipping date.
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required to return your order. Please submit the
Customer Service Return Form or contact customer service toll free at 1-866-966-2787 to obtain RMA information and return instructions.
Your returned item will be processed and return credit in the amount of the net product price will be issued to the same card used during purchase.
Allow one billing cycle for the return credit to appear on your statement. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping.
All UNUSED and LINT FREE merchandise can be exchanged in 30 days following the shipping date.
EMA (Exchange Merchandise Authorization) is required to exchange your order.

Exchanged item price difference will be issued to the same card used during purchase.
Traceable shipping method is advised for all returned and /or exchanged packages.
If wrong item was shipped, Bathrobeshop will cover all shipping charges related to the returned merchandise.
Clearance items, cut labeled items, customized or personalized items or items with excessive lint can not be exchanged / returned.
Returns received 30 days after the shipping date will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
Please note that Bathrobeshop will not accept returns or exchanges 60 days past the original shipping date.
